Licence for the alienation in mortmain by Nicholas Sturgeon, clerk, Barowe, esquire, Richard Burne and John Piers of Wyndesore to Waller, vicar of the church of St. John the Baptist, Wyndesore, of messuages in Wyndesore in Prestistrete, between the tenement late of Benet, sometime of Nicholas Clerk, and the tenement late of Robert in breadth, and from the said street to the king's garden in length, certain boundaries allow, which two tenements were late of William canon of the college of St. George within the castle of and are held of the king; provided that the same can be done prejudice to the king or others.
