Grant, for life. to the king's kinsman John, viscount of Beaumond, of two parts of the manors of Frampton and Wikes, co. Lincoln, of the county and honour of Richemond, with knight's fees and two parts of the profits and emoluments of the mills, stanks, cranages, tronages, stallages, pesages, passages, measures of oil, lastages, profits of couris, leets, views of frankpledge, sokes, wapentakes, markets and fairs and two parts of wreck of sea, wayves, estrayes, fines, amercements, chattels of felons and fugitives, outlaws, wastes, approvements, and all dues, issues and commodities of and in all liberties, franchises, returns of writs, with pastures of animals and profit of housebote and hayebote and other emoluments thereto belonging, with the sokes and profits of the sokes of Skirbekke and Kirketon which belong to the king ; grant further to him of the remainder of the third part of the said manors and the advowson of the free chapel of Wikes, which Richard Wydevylle and Jacquetta his wife, duchess of Bedford, hold in survivorship in dower of Jacquetta of the king's inheritance after the death of John, duke of Bedford, late her husband, with like appurtenances.
