Revocation of letters patent dated 1 June in the nineteenth year granting to John Goodyer, page of the counting-house within the household, 12 acres of arable land called le Wyneyerd and le Raymede, within the lordship of Froide Kenyngton and parcel of the manor of Kenyngton, by virtue of which letters John Hampton, esquire for the body, and John Somerton of London have been ejected from the premises contrary to letters patent dated 8 January last granting to them at farm the manor of Kenyngton alias Coldekenyngton, co. Middlesex, with its appurtenances; the said John Goodyer, though summoned by the sheriff of Middlesex through William Manser, William Deynes, Nicholas Yerde and Robert Rodes to appear in chancery, having failed so to do. 26.
