to William, bishop of Winchester, Henry de Percy, chivaler, Amyas, clerk, John de Barowe, clerk, and Ralph de Walsham, of the will of John de Hastynges, late earl of Pembroke, to John Abraham, John Doune and John Pratt, clerks, joint with the said Walter and Ralph of the lands late of the said that they may have, in aid of the acquittance of the earl's debts, issues and profits of certain of his lands in England from 16 April the king's forty-ninth year, on which day the earl died, to 22 January on which day the king committed the keeping of the lands his kinswomen, Margaret Mareschall, countess of Norfolk, and late the wife of the said earl.
