Pardon, at the supplication of the king's kinsman, Henry de Percy, to Geofirey de Besiles, prior of Bradestoke, of the king's suit for all felonies and trespasses against the peace, whereof he is indicted or appealed, and of any consequent outlawries. By p.s. Whereas the king by letters patent lately committed for life to Peter de Bruges, deceased, the manor of Souththorp, sometime of John de Sancto Philiberto, chivaler, and afterwards William Hervy and Mary, his wife, entering into the manor after the death of Peter, continued their possession therein and now hold the same de facto without the king's authority or licence ; the king has pardoned them the said trespass and has granted them the issues of the manor from the day of the death of Peter.
