Commission to John Joce, John, lord of Staunton, John Gayner, John Aure, John Ketford, Edward White and Richard Brayn, to Nicholas Wyget, outlawed in the county of Gloucester for before the king to answer Agnes late the wife of Philip touching an appeal of the death of her said husband, who is in divers parts of the realm to evade justice ; and to bring him the king to be delivered to the keeper of the Marshalsea of the Bench to be imprisoned there until delivered according to law the custom of the realm.
