Commission of oyer and terminer to Roger de Kirketon, Walter Perle, John de Roche and Philip Fitz Waryn, on complaint by Wodehous of Asshbury that Joan late the wife of John Roche, parson of the church of Stratfeld Say, and others, broke her and house at Overweston, co. Wilts, drove away 12 oxen, worth marks, took away her goods and assaulted her men and servants. For 4 mark paid in the hanaper.
