Pardon to Hugh de Welbourn for the death of Robert Songes before Martinmas, 39 Edward III. On being charged therewith he fled to Keteryng church to obtain ecclesiastical immunity, and there acknowledged before William de Haldenby, one of the coroners of the county of Northampton, that he had feloniously killed the said Robert, whereupon he abjured the realm, for which also he is hereby pardoned.
