Commission to Thomas de la Mare, knight, Edmund de Stonore and Reginald de Sheffeld and those deputed by them, to command Richard de Thorpe, clerk, William Frank, and William Middelworth, clerk, to restore to Master Thomas de Carlol, provost of the college called Quenehalle, Oxford, the college seal, writings, muniments, keys, books and goods which they have carried away and which, notwithstanding the king's mandate commanding them to bring the same into his chancery on a certain day, they detain, or they are to restore the value thereof without delay, failing which they are to be arrested and brought before the Council at Westminster for punishment.
