Inspeximus and confirmation, in favour of Thomas de Percy, knight, whom the king has retained to stay with him, of letters patent dated 5 November, 50 Edward III., being a grant to him of 100 marks yearly, at the Exchequer, and a licence for Henry, lord of Percy, his brother, to grant co him 100 marks yearly, from the 500 marks a year which he has inherited by the death of his father from the customs of Berwick-upon- Tweed.
