Commission to Richard Damory, Hugh de Meignill, Hugh de Dutton and Robert de Knyghteleye to survey the king's manors of Maxfeld and Overton, in the counties of Chester and Flynteshire, as he is given to understand that by the negligence of some of the farmers and bailiffs thereof the mills and gorces, which used to bring in great profit, and the houses there have fallen into ruin and decay. The king has commanded _ Edward, earl of Chester, as his justice of Chester, and the sheriff of Flynteshire, to furnish jurors.
