The like to Geoffrey de Sandiacre and Robert de Gravele, on complaint by Peter, bishop of Exeter, that William Luvel, late his yeoman, night broke a chest of his while it was in his waggon (in longa sua) at Ely, and carried away 30/. therefrom to Berkweye, co, and there being harboured in a certain house, for fear of the men were following to arrest him, gave the same to the custody of some of the said house and secretly escaped. The enquiry is to be made both counties, Cambridge and Hertford. 25.
