Commission to Ralph de Hengham and William de Saham, justices, to take an inquisition touching a tenement in Machthing, co, Essex, as to which they were formerly appointed to take an assize of novel disseisin which John son of John Horn and Alice his wife arraigned against Adam de Stratton, William his brother, John Eynolf, William de Sutton, Avice Horn and John de Hethham, as the king desires to be certified touching the right which the former claim, the manner of ingress of the latter, and other particulars.
