Commission to John de Metingham and Thomas de Belhus, on complaint by the men of the borough of Huntingdon that the water of the great river (aqua magne riparie) between the said borough and the town of St. Ives is so diminished by reason of watercourses therefrom and obstructions in the said stream, that ships and boats laden with merchandise can no longer pass as they were wont, to view the same, and return their inquisition against the next parliament at Michaelmas with this writ.
