Grant to Jolin Marshall, citizen and mercer of London, and John Pulter, gentilman, of the custody of all manors and lands late of Margaret late the wife of Richard Hatfeld, esquire, and iate the wife of William Hyde, esquire, tenant in chief, during the minority of Edward, son and heir of the said Richard and Margaret, and so from heir to heir, rendering yearly to the king 112. 18s. 4d. as the said manors and lands were extended before William Hamond, late escheator in the county of Cambridge, and 28s. 4d. more of increment and supporting the houses, enclosures, buildings and other charges; in lieu of a like grant to them at a rent of 11/. 18s. 4d. yearly and 20d. more of increment, subject to increase if anyone else should offer more, by letters patent dated 6 June, 10 Hdward IV.
