Norfolk, the manor of Ilketeshall, the manor of Denyngton and Brundisshe, and the manor of Gretyngham, co. Suffolk, and the manor of Reskyngton and Dygby and the manor of Westburgh and Cathorp, co. Lincoln, late of William Beaumont, knight, late lord Beaumont, and in the king's hands by reason of an act in Parliament at Westminster, 4 November, 1 Edward LV. to hold with knights fees, advowsons, wards, marriages, reliefs, escheats, courts, views of frank-pledge, parks, warrens, fairs, markets, liberties, franchises and other profits, as the said William held them, for the lives of the said William and Joan his wife, daughter of Humphrey, late duke of Buckingham, for her use, in consideration of her nearness of blood to the king, with remainder, as regards the said manors of Stowbardolf, Roughton and Fareswell, Whynburgh and Mateshall with knights fees ete. as above, to the heirs of her body, for 20s. 4d. to be paid in the hanaper.
