Grant for life to Anthony de Lucy, in addition to the lands lately granted to him in fee, of the manor of Meburn Regis, co. Westmoreland, and the manor of Grendon, co. Northumberland, late of Roger de Clifford, a rebel, which as escheats came into the king's hands and which the king subsequently granted to Andrew de Harcla, and which are now in the king's hands by the forfeiture of the said Andrew, to hold as of the value of 100 marks a year of land, without sale of land or tenements, or waste or destruction of woods, or exile of the men belonging thereto, until other provision is made for the said Anthony to that amount ; saving to the king knights fees and advowsons of churches.
