Mandate to all sheriffs and bailiffs to arrest James de Redyng, servant of the king's merchants, Bonus Philippi and his fellows, merchants of the society of the Bardi of Florence, who of the king's assignment haye received money out of the customs-in certain places of the realm for the king's affairs, sent by them to Dover to receive 251. assigned to them out of the said customs and to take the sameto Whitsand for transacting the king's business; the said James having received the money neglected the business and has since wandered about the realm from place (patria) to place spending the said money; the said arrest is to be made, at the suit of any one of the said merchants or their depakies, and when made the king is to be certified thereof.
