of oyer and terminer to William de Herle, John de Bousser Adam de Brom, touching the persons who led and took away horses, horses (equitia), and other animals and cattle, and also divers goods of Hugh le Despenser, the younger, in Glaumorgan, Morganno, and and of other rebels in the said lands, and in the lands of Cantrevaghan, Breghenok, Blenleveny, Talgar, Brentles, Usk, and Caldecote, which by forfeiture of the said rebels ought to over to the king; and after the said lands came into the king's hunted in the parks, woods, chaces, and free warrens therein, fished stanks and stews, cut down trees, took ransoms of divers men of lands who were of the king's allegiance, carried away their goods, and free without any mandate or authority certain of the king's enemies who been taken.
