Mandate to all provyosts, bailiffs and ministers assigned or to be assigned to the custody of the manors and lands in England of Hugh le Despenser, the elder, and Hugh le Despenser, the younger, except the manors of Bedhampton, Wockyng, Sutton and Baggeshut, to deliver to Gilbert de Wygton and Henry de Thrapston, king's clerks whom the king had appointed surveyors and head keepers of all such lands, with power to appoint provosts, bailiffs and other ministers under them who shall answer at the Exchequer for the issues thereof their reasonable expenses out of the said issues, receiving from the said Gilbert and Henry letters, or tallies, for which an allowance will be made to them in their accounts at the Exchequer.
