Worcester, to be . 487 held by Herman de Brikyndon, his steward, in which, before the said steward and the suitors (sectatores) of the court, Peter de Corbissoun impleaded Thomas de Dounton of his manor of Dormeston, Thomas de Dounton, Richard de Haukeslowe, John de Garston, Richard Bertrem, Adam de la Foxlye, Thomas de Maddeleye, Philip le Wodewad (sic) of Hemelton, William son of Ralph de Doverdale, John de Kent of Kederministre, John le Boteler, Walter le Swyer, William de la Cherecheheye, John Webbe, John Freremon, Thomas Pelte, Walter Haket of Garston, William Crabbe, Thomas Flippe, John Ward, John Giffard of Dormeston, William de Holeweye, Thomas atte Mulle of Stoke, Robert de Stoke, John le Clerk of Stoke, Robert Gamel, William Gamel, John de Barndeleye, William Haukeslowe, William de Rageleye, William Doyy, William Parent, John Parent, William le (sic) Bambourne,-John son of Henry de Offenhamme of Cleve, Geoffrey Sare, Thomas Bertrem of Hambery, Robert de Hockeye, William de Hockeye, Ralph Cokeyn, chaplain, and William son of John de Kekenwych, together with cthers, intending to hinder the holding of the court and to retard judgment approached the said court armed, and assaulted Robert Bost and others of his servants, whereby the steward and the suitors were unable to act in the matter, and the earl lost the amercements and the other profits of his court.
