Licence for John de la Lee to grant that upon his own death acres of land and a moiety of a messuage in Claverleye, co. held in chief, which Hugh de Hepham holds for the life the said John and of his grant, shall go in remainder to son of Roger de la Lee, and his heirs, with reversion in default of issue to the right heirs of the said John de la Lee.
