Oxford, the whole honor of L Aigle with its manors, hundreds, chaces, &c. in divers counties, the castle of Peveneseye and manor of Laghton excepted, the manor of Benstede with the park, co. Surrey, the manors of Haverynges with the park and forest of la Neylond, co. Essex, the castle and town of Berkhampstede with the honor thereof, co. Hertford, the castle and town of Marleberge with the barton and hundred of Selkele, co. Wilts, the castle and town of Dyvises with the park and forest of Melkesham, Chippenham, and Pewesham and the purprestures, with the manor of Roude, co. Wilts, the manors of Woderowe, Stratton and Sevenhampton, with the boroughs of Creckelade and Hauteworth and hundreds of Creckelade and Hauteworth, co. Wilts, the castle and manor of Mere with the park, co. Wilts, the manor of Boudon, and Hauerberge, co. Leicester, the farm of the town of Southampton with the petty rents in the county of Southampton, the manor and town of Aulton with the petty rents in the town in the same county, the farm of the town of Andevere, co. Southampton, with the hundred and the increment of the farm of that town, the manor and town of Basyngstok, co. Southampton, the manor of Ryngwode, co. Southampton, the farm of the town of Droitwich, co. Worcester, the manor of Gillingham with the barton and 74s. of rent out of the purprestures together with the forest, co. Dorset, 100/. of rent which the abbot and convent of Hayles renders yearly at the Exchequer for the manor of Lechelade, co. Gloucester, 2001. out of the issues of the castle, town and barton of Bristol, co. Gloucester, to be received atthe hands of the keeper or farmer of the said castle, town and barton, 811. of the yearly farm which the prior and convent of Bernewell render at the Exchequer for the manor of Cestreton, co. Cambridge, all which castles, boroughs, & . queen Margaret had held for the term of her life of the grant of Edward I.
