Grant to John de Warenna, earl of Surrey, to whom the king, in part satisfaction of the debts in which he is bound to the earl, had granted the custody of two parts of all lands and tenements, late of John de Brianzon, tenant in chief, then in his hands by reason of John son and heir of the said John de Brianzon being a minor, together with the marriage of the heir, and had also granted the said custody together with knights fees, adyowsons of churches, reversions of dowers, &c. to hold to the full age of the heir, and in case of his death, being a minor or unmarried, the next heir being also a minor, then to have the said custody and the marriage of such heir, as a further fayour that the earl may hold the said custody in form aforesaid, together with reversions of all lands and tenements of the inheritance of the said heir, which are held for life or years or by fee tail, if any such shall fall in during such custody.
