Vacated because otherwise below. of repayment before Michaelmas to Doffus de Barde, Roger Dynus Forcinetti, king's merchants, and their fellows, of the society of the Bardi of Florence, of 1692/. 3s. 4d. delivered them as a loan into the Treasury by the hands of treasurer and By K. on the information of the Treasurer. for life to Oliver de Burdegala, king's yeoman, and Matilda his of 100 marks a year to be received at the Exchequer. By p.s. to John de Cherleton, to whom the king had previously granted custody of two parts of the manors of Egemundon and Forde and the of Neuport, co. Salop, late of Nicholas Daudele, tenant in chief, by reason of the minority of the heirs were in his hands, to hold to full age of the heirs by rendering 33/. 23d. at the Exchequer, at which said two parts are extended, in consideration of his good service and for great expenses he has incurred by remaining with the king and also for of money which he paid into the king's chamber, that he may hold said custody quit of rent. By p.s. to Roger Damory, and Elizabeth de Burgo, his wife, the king's and his heirs, of the manor of Faukeshall, which Richard de late butler of the Household, held for life, together with knights advowsons of churches, etc. to the value of 207. a year, in part of lands to the value of 100 marks a year, which the king to grant to him for his good service against the Scots at Stryand also on account of his marriage with the said Elizabeth. By K. to Roger Damory, and Elizabeth de Burgo his wife, the king's and his heirs of the manor of Halghton, co. Oxford, which sometime earl of Cornwall, the king's kinsman, acquired in fee and the earl afterwards granted for life to Bartholomew de Kancia, deceased to hold to them and his heirs together with knights fees, of churches, etc. to the value of 7/. a year, in part satisfaction lands to the value of 100 marks a year, which the king promised to to him for his good service against the Scots at Stryvelyn, and also account of his marriage with the said Elizabeth.
