Mandate to the collectors of the custom to deliver to him all issues thereof, accrued or to accrue, from 27 January last until he shall be fully satisfied, notwithstanding any mandates of the king under the Privy Seal lately directed to them that the said custom is not to be assigned except for the exoneration of the king of the payments which the king ought to make for the custody of the Marches towards the North.
