Commission of oyer and terminer to John de Mutford, John de Thorpe Robert Baynard, on complaint by John de Thorpmarche that de Clyf, Thomas Albard, Alan le Smyth, Arnold de Lymisy, Jacob, Thomas Hamund, Robert Andreu, Henry le Gos, John Geoffrey Cobbe and Robert Broun with others broke his houses at co. Suffolk, and carried away his timber and other By the Chancellor at the instance of the earl of Pembroke. (Inserted at a later date.) Afterwards John de Boteturt and John de were appointed in the place of John de Mutford and Robert 24 January 1317.
