Rutland, his manors of Kibbeworthe, Beauchamp and Harecourt, co. Leicester, and the manor of Wykewane, co. Gloucester, for a term of ten years, commencing on Friday after the feast of St. Gregory, rendering 100J. sterling a year for the same. Witnesses : Robert de Neville, Thomas de Pipe, John de Hamelyn, William la Zousche of Castel Richard, John de Beauchaump, Thomas de Cleynton, knights; Richard de Bremesgrave, Theobald de Gayton, Warner de Hampslape, Robert de la Feld, clerks, and others, French.
