Persons falsely representing themselves to be friars of that order, or their attorneys, are to be arrested. 28. Jnspeximus and confirmation of letters patent by Thomas, sometime bishop of Hereford, to John the dean of Hereford, dated in the feast of St. Peter in Cathedra, 1281, granting him permission to appropriate the church of Kyngeston in the deanery of Hereford, of which the collation belongs to the dean, upon the cession or decease of Master Henry de Lanthonia the rector, provided that the church is not deprived of its due service.
