Commission to William de Demeford, John Cheverel and Thomas le Rus, justices of gaol delivery for Old Sarum, to enquire as to the allegation of Sibil de Kerdif, taken and detained in the prison of Old Sarum for consenting to the death of Richard do Exonia, who was killed by Walter de Bray in her presence ; that she did not raise hue and cry upon the said felon by reason of her terror and ignorance of the law, which fact was unknown to the jurors of an inquisition taken before the said justices, who asserted her consent to the said felony and caused her to be sent back to that gaol. Commission of oyer and terminer to Thomas Folejambe and John son of Aer touching the persons who entered the park of Certelegh, co. Stafford, which is in the king's custody, hunted therein and carried away deer, and to enquire by whose precept the said trespass was done. Commission to John de Ercalewe, William Bagot, William Wyther and Roger de Buterle to deliver the gaol of Shrewsbury of Robert de Whitinton and William de la Chaumbre, taken and imprisoned there for trespasses.
