Commission of oyer and terminer to Stephen de Penecestre and Thomas de Sandwyco, touching the persons who beat the keepers of the tree chace of John de Warenna, earl of Surrey, of Claris, co. Sussex, hunted therein and took deer. The like to Salomon de Roffa and Master Thomas de Sodington, touching the trespass committed by Elias de Rabayn, constable of Corfe Castle, 2S5 CO. Dorset, in takino and imprisoning therein the men and tenants of Robert son of Payn for no reasonable cause, extorting money from theai for their release, and daily annoying them.
