Commission to Thomas de Weiland to make known by jury of no affinity to John la Ware and Thomas la Ware and Roger Cantok whether Roger Cantok has 40s. of rent and a garden in Bristol by reason of trespasses alleged against the said John and Thomas in the time of the late perturbation, as the latter alleged at another time before the king, and to return the inquisition three weeks after Easter, wherever the king may then be.
