Commission of oyer and terminer to S[tephen], bishop of Waterford, with Thomas de Clare or any other discreet bishop or knight of Ireland, by jury of Ulster, as to certain articles brought to the king by William de Castre from Ireland, with power to remove William son of Warin, seneschal of Ireland, from his office until the inquisition is made if they shall think fit to do so.
