Grant to the bailiffs and burgesses and other good nrien of Shrewsbury of pavage for three years from 29 August, 3 Edward I. Safe-conduct for Robert Pouterel in bringing from the parts of Chester two hundred oxen, to wit, one hundred to Woodstock and one hundred to Stibenhethe near London, to be delivered to the bailiffs of those manors. Appointment of Robert, bishop of Bath and Wells, to the custody, during pleasure, of the abbey of Cumbermere, fallen into debt. MEMnnANF 12.
