Commission to William de Arundell and John de Gernemutha to make inquisition as to the exportation of wool or of other merchandise from the ports of Portsmouth, Southampton, Sefoi'd, Schorh[am], Pevese, Hastings, Winchelse, La Rye, Hethe, Romenhale, Faversham, La Stone, Dover, Sandwich, and by other ports or places in the counties of Southampton, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent to Flanders or elsewhere in or out of the power of the countess of Flanders, and as to the sale of such goods to the Flemings or others of the power of the said countess, against a prohibition of Henry III. and of the king, forbidding such exportation and sale during the contention between them and the said countess.
