Mandate to Master Raymond, keeper of the lands in England of Constance, late the wife of Henry de Alemannia, to pay to Eleanor the king's mother, out of the money he has in hand from the issues of the said lands, 100/. which she paid on behalf of Constance to Robert de Ufford out of the 50/. yearly which the said Robert has from certain lands and rents pertaining to the castle of Tikehull (which is in the hands of the said Constance as dower), but which he did not receive for two years, as also 20/. which the said Elonnor pnid for the said Constance to certain merchants ; and they are fo pay these sums notwithstanding the Inte mandate not to pay any of this said issues anywlierc except at the Exchequer. Grant to Eleanor, the kin 's consort, of the custody during the minority of the heir of the hinds late of Nicholas de Haversham, tenant in chief. Writ de ivtendeudo directed to the tenants of the bishopric of Durham, for Robert de Insula, prior of Finkehale, elected bishop of Durham, to whom the temporalities have been restored.
