Grant to Martin de Litilbiry that he may cultivate at champart the demesne lands of the manor of West Warden, which are in the king's hands, and that he may have a moiety of all next autumn fruits therefrom, as well in sheaves as in stubble, whether the manor be then in the hands of the king or of another, so that he also have all the works of the villeins of the manor, saving a moiety of their works in autumn to the king or whoever then has the manor, to carry and store a moiety of the said fruits.
