Confirmation to the abbot and convent of Wincheleumb of their liberties and customs, forbidding anyone to exact tithe of the labours of their hands, or forage; and any abbot to concede corrodies, &e. (as above, f. 101). Faculty to Ralph de Novilla to accept any church to which he may be presented, notwithstanding the benefice which he has with cure of souls. Indult to the abbot and prior of St. Augustine's, Canterbury, that they shall not be compelled to take cognisance of causes unless special mention be made of this indult in the papal letters of appointment. Relaxation of ten days of enjoined penance to all the faithful of the province of Canterbury, who shall assist in the restoration of the abbey church of St. Augustine.
