June 35, Inquisition

Writ to the sheriff and coroners of Northampton to enquire the values of the goods and chattels of William de Parles at the time his death and of those then in his custody belonging to others and since recovered by them ; since Joan William's widow has shewn that the goods, taken into the king's hand for William's felony, were delivered to her at a valuation by the king's order, and that she is being charged with the value of them all.
