Warwick] : Richard son of Simon le Parkere of Berkeswelle killed Thomas Payn and Walter Ladelere. Thomas was killed in the high street at Hampton on Sunday before St. Laurence [7 August 1278] at vespers; but Walter lived twelve days afterward. Philip son of Maud beat Geoffrey who fears he may lose his limbs. John Saltere wounded Margery Henry aten Asse (de Fraxino in writ) was wounded and put in death by John le Parkere. Walter le Neucomene (Newecome in wounded by John Parkere and Richard his brother. Roger de (Bukehull in writ) was wounded and maimed by John Parkere son of Maud.
