Writ to the sheriff of Lancaster, at the request of William Bussell, charged with burning the house of Thomas Bussell in Leylond, to in full county together with the coroners who was guilty thereof, taking from William for 1 mark. Writ to the sheriff of Cambridge to enquire in full county court of the coroners whether Richard de Bichamwell was in prison on Monday before St. Gregory 35 Henry III [6 March 1251]; has shewn that while so imprisoned upon suspicion, he was indicted before Henry de Bathonia and his companions justices in eyre in who ordered the coroners to exact him (quod prefatum Ricardum from county court to county court and outlaw him unless he at the fourth, and that it not being known that he was in prison he outlawed on the day named.
