The eve of the Epiphany. and a half of land, and 12d. of rent in Marton, and meadow in of Schaftworthe, belong to the hospital of St. Mary Magdalene of by Bautre, whereof the arable land is worth 9s. a year, the meadow the easement of pasture 3s, INQUISITIONS The capital messuage of the said hospital and half a bovate of land with said meadow are held of the archbishop of York in frank almoin, and a of land is held of the lord of Marton by the service of 1b. of pepper, by the use of a turbary called Cnapewelleheved.
