Writ to the sheriff of York. Plympton. 6 May 25 Edward I. Inquisition : Beverley. Friday after Trinity. Walter le Boteler on the day of his death held a corrody in the Bedern of of the gift of John, late archbishop of York, for the life of the said and not of the gift of Peter de Cestria, long since provost of Beverley ; said John held the said corrody, as canon of the church of Beverley, belongto the archbishopric ; the said portion is of the yearly value of 10 marks.
