Writ to the sheriff of Kent to enquire whether William Briwerre 507. Extent made before Sir Henry de Rumeshal, Sir Hervey de and Sir John de Vallibus, concerning the lands of the king's in the hundred of Wayneford. James son of Gilbert was not an of the king and of Sir Edward his son, but his manor at Illeketeleshale seized into the hand of Sir Robert Houel. It contains two hundred forty (7.e. 280) acres at 6d. each, total 71. ; 8 acres of meadow worth 12s.; acres of pasture, 18d.; rent from tenants doing homage, 114s. 6d. The rent is 30s., which the said Sir Robert received and gave to John de who now has it. The tenants doing homage give two hundred and (i.e. 288) days work in autumn at ld. each, worth 24s., and hundred and twenty ( .e. 380) between Michaelmas and the beginning (gula) autumn at d. each, worth 15s. 10d. ; there is a windmill, worth 10s.; and rent of assize of 14 fowls at ld. each.
