Order to the escheator in the county of Lincoln to cause Hilton esquire, son and heir of Godfrey Hilton knight, have full seisin of all the lands, in the bailiwick, which the said the father on the day of his death held of the king in and of those which he held by the courtesy of England after death of Hawise late his wife of the inheritance of the said the son ; as the king has taken the fealty due from the son for the lands held by his father of the king in and for mark paid in the hanaper has respited until next the homage due from him in this behalf. Order in like terms to the escheator in the county of York.
