V. 247. . 93 gentilman, of the keeping of all the lands late of John Fastolf Cowhawe, co. Suffolk, esquire ; to hold from the time of the of the said John Fastolf until the full age of Thomas his and heir, together with the marriage of the said heir, and so heir to heir until one of them shall have attained full age, as much as may be agreed upon with the treasurer by next, and finding fit maintenance for the said heir; the that express mention of the true yearly value of the premises not made in these presents, or any statute, act or ordinance to contrary provided, notwithstanding.
