Commitment (with like proviso) to Thomas Parker of La Forde, esquire, and Richard Bullesdon, by mainprise of John Sparrowe of Taunton, co. Somerset, gentilman, and William Acriche of Burford on le Wold, co. Oxford, marchaunt, -of the farm of the subsidy and alnage of cloths for sale in the county of Salop; to hold from Easter last for 20 years, together with a moiety of the forfeiture of the said cloths for sale, rendering yearly the 131. 11s. 8d. for which answer has been made to the king and an increment of 20d., and answering at the Exchequer for the other moiety of the said forfeiture; as the letters patent of p. 50 , whereby the said farm was committed to the said Richard Bullesdon from Michaelmas then last past for 20 years at a yearly farm of 13/. 8s. 4d. and the letters patent of p. 193], whereby the said farm was committed to Rowland Wynseley from Michaelmas then last past for 10 years at a yearly farm of 13/. 11s. 8d., have been surrendered by the said Richard and Rowland into the Chancery for cancellation, to the end that the said Richard and Thomas Parker may have the farm: and appointment of the said Thomas Parker and Richard Bullesdon as alnagers and collectors ; in terms as above.
