Order to the escheator in the county of Berks to take the of John Gerald, who has taken to wife Alice the daughter heir of William Fitz Waryn esquire, and cause the said John . 291 and Alice to have full seisin of all the lands which the said William held of the king in chief or was seised of in his demesne as of fee on the day of his death, as the king for mark paid in the hanaper has respited until the Purification next the homage due from John by reason of his having issue by Alice.
