Commitment (with like clause) to William Phelip, knight, by mainprise of Reynold Rous of the county of Suffolk, gentilman , and Edmund Clere of the same county, gentilman , of the keeping of a croft of assart in the town of Bramley, co. Southampton, late of John Daubriggecourt, who held of the king in chief on the day of his death ; to hold the same from the time of the death of the said John until the full age of Thomas his son and heir, together with the marriage of the said heir, rendering for the keeping the extent thereof, or as much as may be agreed upon between him and the treasurer by the Purification next, and paying for the marriage as much as may likewise be agreed upon by the said feast.
