Order to the escheator in the county of Devon to take the fealty Henry Thorp, who has taken to wife Cecily, daughter and heir John Burdon, and to cause him and the said Cecily to have full of all the lands which Joan late the wife of the said John on the day of her death in dower or otherwise for life as of right and inheritance of Cecily, as the king for 13s. 4d. paid in hanaper has respited until the quinzaine of Hilary next the due from Henry by reason of his having issue by Cecily. Orders in like terms to the escheators in the counties of Gloucester and Wilts, omitting the taking of fealty.
